Barre at 4:30pm Tuesdays
To understand the correct movements in a barre class at a slower pace before joining Thursdays 9am or HIIT Barre Wednesdays at 6:15am
Wanting a 30 minute Taste of HIIT with another practice?
Mondays 10:30am : HIIT-Lates: A combo of HIIT and Pilates (30/30 Split)
Wednesdays 6:15am: HIIT Barre: A combo of HIIT and Barre (30/30 Split)
Thursdays 4:30pm: HIIT Yoga: A combo of HIIT and Yoga (30/30 Split)
